Job Description
  1. Strategic Insight: Advanced budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  2. Financial Modeling: Expert-level financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  3. Business Partnering: Align financial strategy closely with business objectives.
  4. Analytical Rigor: Proficiency with advanced analytics (Power BI, Tableau).
  5. Communication & Leadership: Effective influencer at the executive level.


The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related


  • MBA (Finance) advantageous


  • CFA strongly preferred
  • Minimum 10-12 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles
  • Significant experience in senior FP&A positions at complex group structures or sovereign-backed entities
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing performance monitoring frameworks (BSC, OKRs, KPIs)
  • Proven leadership of FP&A teams, ideally within growth environment
