Job Description

• Develop and execute asset management strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor operational, financial and commercial performance.
• Analyse contracts and financial data to identify risks and variances.
• Maintain risk registers and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support investment decisions, particularly for vital assets.
• Prepare internal reports and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate across teams to meet KPIs and strategic objectives.

The Successful Applicant

• UAE National (UAEN).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in Asset Management, Finance, Strategy, or Governance.
• Experience in a well-established organisation.
• Preferred: Master's degree and/or professional finance qualification (CFA, ACCA, CIMA, CA).
• Sector experience in industrial sectors is highly advantageous.
