We are looking for a Yoga Instructor who shares our passion for mindful living and holistic well-being.

Reporting to the Spa & Recreation Manager, you will guide guests and members on their wellness journeys through yoga, mindfulness, and sound healing - creating moments of balance and renewal that leave a lasting impression.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct daily yoga classes, private sessions, and wellness workshops for guests and members.

• Integrate sound healing and other holistic practices to enhance each session’s impact.

• Assess participants’ wellness levels and tailor sessions to meet individual goals and abilities.

• Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.

• Offer personalized guidance on breathwork, meditation, and relaxation techniques.

• Collaborate with the Spa & Recreation Manager to design wellness programs, retreats, and special events.

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of experience as a Yoga Instructor, ideally within a wellness or hospitality setting.

• Certified Yoga, Fitness, or Wellness Instructor.

• Proven expertise in sound healing (e.g., crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, or equivalent).

• Warm, professional, and guest-focused demeanor.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Computer literacy for scheduling, reporting, and guest tracking.

• A degree or diploma in fitness, wellness, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver yoga and mindfulness sessions aligned with guest needs and brand standards.

• Develop and lead customized wellness programs integrating yoga, meditation, and sound therapy.

• Support the Spa & Recreation Manager in coordinating wellness events and initiatives.

• Ensure yoga spaces and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care.

• Maintain accurate class schedules, reports, and participation logs.

• Support team members in fostering a welcoming, restorative environment.

• Recommend and promote wellness services and retail products when appropriate.
