Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Restaurant Server to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

• Serving food and beverages with a smile, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for
• Owning the floor, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and adhering to high standards of quality and service
• Assisting with kitchen duties, such as washing up and preparing ingredients, as needed
• Minimizing waste and reporting any equipment or supply issues to your supervisor in a timely manner
• Taking on additional responsibilities to ensure smooth service operations

Key Requirements:

• The ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 23 kg (50lbs)
• A solid understanding of reading, writing, and basic math skills
• The flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with local laws and regulations regarding food handling and serving alcohol
• Excellent communication skills to provide a warm, welcoming, and easy-to-talk-to experience
