Job Title: Foreign Exchange Affiliate Manager

Lead the development and management of our global affiliate program, focusing on high-value partnerships. Foster a collaborative environment with existing affiliates to onboard active partners.

• Negotiate commission deals for maximum ROI.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, optimizing campaigns and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Identify new partnership opportunities in emerging markets.

Provide ongoing support to affiliates and coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth affiliate onboarding and tracking.

Required Skills:

• A strong affiliate book in the Forex/CFD industry.
• Minimum 3 years experience in affiliate management for a regulated Forex broker.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-value deals.
• Proven track record of driving affiliate growth and meeting KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in key markets.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
