Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled Telephone Operator to provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their memorable experiences begin with a seamless transaction process.

• Deliver prompt and courteous service to all guests, achieving high customer satisfaction through personalized service as per Brand Standards.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of hotel policies, procedures, service standards, and knowledge of hotel facilities, happenings, local conditions, and current events.
• Handle incoming calls and wake-up calls in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

• Minimum two years' experience in a 5-star hotel, call centre or customer service role.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
• Previous experience in Opera system is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and within a team environment.
• Able to manage multiple tasks.
• Eager to learn, stay motivated & progress.
