Job Description:

We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to provide employee relations services and assist with human resources strategy in our hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent employee relations services to the hotel.
• Assist the Human Resources Director with human resources strategy.
• Manage succession planning with senior managers during regular appraisal processes.
• Resolve employee relations issues confidentially, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability.
• Support managers to ensure their teams' success.
• Ensure adherence to the recruitment and selection process and complete necessary immigration checks.
• Support departmental training requirements.
• Complete management reports for head office and region.
• Monitor and manage costs effectively.
• Manage pay reviews, absence monitoring, and wage queries according to company guidelines.
• Complete training for hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
• Promote the hospitality industry through partnerships with local organisations and schools.
• Resolve team member and management queries.
• Organise team-building activities and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Previous HR managerial experience.
• CIPD qualification.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Good grooming standards.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Capacity to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Capabilities:

• Knowledge of the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in IT systems.
