• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Knowledge of coffee making techniques and equipment, as well as knowledge of teas and other specialty beverages
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
