Job Opportunity

You will be responsible for leading and supporting the development of our company's legal strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing corporate documents, negotiating contracts, providing strategic legal advice, and overseeing the implementation of regulatory requirements.

Work closely with senior management to develop business solutions that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive corporate governance framework
• Negotiating and drafting contractual agreements with key stakeholders
• Providing expert legal advice on complex corporate matters
• Overseeing the review and approval of all company documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
• At least 7 years' experience in a similar role and industry
• Deep understanding of UAE law and its application to business
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
