About Madinat Jumeirah

About The Job

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Spa Director to lead Talise at Madinat Jumeirah. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall strategic and operational management of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving strong financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the spa team with a focus on performance, development, and motivation, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Develop and execute business strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to ensure commercial targets are met or exceeded.
• Drive innovative promotions, partnerships, and service enhancements to strengthen the spa’s market position.
• Ensure the delivery of world-class service standards consistent with Jumeirah’s luxury brand values.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Proven track record of commercial success in spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing diverse teams.
• Excellent financial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into measurable results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire both guests and colleagues.
• A passion for wellness, luxury service, and innovation.
