Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a busy café or coffee shop environment.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and present espresso drinks following established procedures (grinding, tamping, and brewing).
• Proficiently operate barista equipment, including espresso machines, grinders and blenders.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of procedures associated with coffee preparation and presentation, including grinding, tamping and brewing espresso drinks.
• Ability to take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Proficient in the use of all barista equipment, including espresso machines, grinders and blenders.
