Responsibilities

• Monthly management reports on or before 12th of every month
• Month-end closing of accounts on or before 10th of every month
• Other ADHOC management reports are as and when required.
• Manage external audits for availing Unqualified audited financial reports.
• Monitor Internal audits are in line with the process and open observations by end of year-NIL.
• Coordinate development of annual operating, capital and Investment budgets.
• Financial forecasts based on Current performance and market conditions.
• Finalize the budget for every fiscal year by identifying any potential financial challenges with the following KPI’s.
• Establish Interfacing Business Central with FAB for paperless payment process.
• Regular meetings with the finance and IT team to monitor the progress of ERP migration/implementation.
• Partner with tax consultants or advisors for expert guidance on updated UAE tax laws and regulations.
• Monitor compliance for VAT and Corporate Tax with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) as advised by tax consultant.
• Integrate tax compliance into the accounting software to facilitate return submissions and reporting.
• Align Compliance with Financial Policies and Procedures and SOPs’.
• Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities.
• Develop strategies for moving funds from unperformed capital markets to an improving ROI scenario.
• Engage financial advisors or appraisers to accurately assess the value of unperformed investments.
• Gradually move funds to best performing asset manager /PE Analyst to source investment opportunities with double digits ROI.
• Converting the hotel to Serviced or Furnished or normal apartments.
• Identify areas for cost savings on real estate and other business activities to obtain efficient Income generation.
• Implement immediate cost control measures as and when required.
• Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities
