As we expand our presence in Abu Dhabi, we are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit top-performing Real Estate Consultants to join our growing Abu Dhabi team.
• Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking to attract top-performing sales and real estate professionals.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with company culture, role expectations, and performance standards.
• Manage timely communication and ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience at every stage of the process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and dashboards to track key metrics and hiring effectiveness.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring activities, and salary benchmarks within the real estate sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the real estate or sales industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with UAE labour laws and recruitment best practices.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for people.
