Our client is a market leader in Energy and Environmental Services sector, is seeking to hire a Director – Treasury (Fund Raising) to lead its treasury function. The role will focus on fund inflows, liquidity management, and banking and fund development institutions and relations across diversified business entities, ensuring optimal cash utilization, compliance, and financial stability.

Job Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement treasury strategies, policies, and controls for group-wide fund management.
• Oversee fund inflows, liquidity positions, and investment portfolios.
• Build and manage strong relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
• Lead cash flow forecasting, short-term borrowing, and investment activities.
• Manage financial risks including interest rate, currency, and credit exposures.
• Support financing for major sustainability and infrastructure projects.
• Implement treasury systems and automation tools for efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal governance.
• Partner with senior leadership to optimize capital structure and funding diversification.

Qualifications and Skills required:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline. CTP and CFA certifications preferred.
• Must have 15+ years of experience in treasury management within large groups or investment holding companies.
• Proven record of managing cash, funding, and investment operations across multiple entities.
• Strong relationships with banking and fund development organizations and knowledge of GCC financial markets.
• Experience in green or sustainability-linked financing is a plus.
• Expertise in treasury systems and financial modelling.
