Key Responsibilities

• Legal Research : Conduct in-depth research on case law, statutes, and regulations to support litigation and advisory work.
• Document Drafting : Prepare and review contracts, agreements, legal notices, and internal policies.
• Compliance Support : Assist in monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring organizational compliance with applicable laws.
• Case Preparation : Help organize case files, evidence, and documentation for hearings and trials.
• Client Interaction : Support client communications, including updates, document requests, and meeting coordination.
• Corporate Governance : Participate in company secretarial duties such as statutory filings and board meeting documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); enrollment with the Bar Council preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in a legal role, including internships.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with legal databases and document management systems.
