We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost planning, cost control, and cost reporting to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Implement effective cost management and control processes
• Develop and maintain accurate cost reports and financial forecastsCollaborate closely with project teams to ensure financial efficiency
• Support tendering, estimation, and value engineering activities

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Estimation
• Strong understanding of BOQ preparation and Cost Planning
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the construction industry is essential
• Applicants must be currently based in the UAE
