Electrical Engineering III – Senior Electrical Engineer (Dubai, UAE)

Location : Dubai, UAE (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex electrical engineering projects from conception to completion in the UAE and neighboring countries
• Design and analyze advanced electrical systems, circuits, and components for cutting‑edge infrastructure projects
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to challenging electrical engineering problems
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to team members
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new electrical engineering projects
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
• Occasionally travel to project sites within the UAE and neighboring countries as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred
• 5‑7+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and circuit design/analysis tools
• Strong expertise in power systems, control systems, and signal processing
• Experience with renewable energy systems is a plus
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial
