We take a partner approach to our client’s issues and enable decision makers to act decisively whilst understanding and navigating the risks and uncertainties that brought them to RPA.

The opportunity

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join one of our sister companies in a fully remote, offshore position as a Financial Assistant .

You will be deployed on a single client project, with the objective of transitioning into a broader family office or corporate advisory environment over time.

Key responsibilities

• Your primary focus will be supporting the management of bank accounts and related financial operations.
• You will assist with client onboarding processes and help ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• You will support the monitoring of transactions, maintain accurate records, and assist with both internal and client-facing banking procedures.
• You will contribute to upholding compliance standards and provide administrative support in the financial oversight of client engagements.

Skills

We are looking for a motivated individual who has at least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or banking operations, preferably within a family office or corporate environment.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be consistent, organised, proactive, and diligent.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Be capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
