🚀 RO & STP Operator

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for ensuring the safe operation of RO plant and equipment used in maintenance activities of the Hotel. Ensure routine maintenance of RO equipment is controlled properly, parameters are monitored, and chemicals used are checked and ordered on time. Assists during the preventive and routine maintenance carried out by second party and ensure that it is done accordance with established standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Checks and maintains the water parameters as scheduled.
• Checks the RO water intake pumproom, water tanks level (CP2, Marina, Staff Accommodation, Potable Water, Villa 8&10 Water Tanks, and Fire Tank) and adjusts the intake water pressure accordingly.
• Conducts the multimedia filter backwashing every shift.
• Replaces the cartridge filter as scheduled.
• Checks and monitors the irrigation tank and pump room.
• Maintaining the chemical levels of RO dosing system.
• Maintain stocks of required chemicals and cartridges as per operation requirement.
• Greasing and oil refilling of high-pressure and booster pumps.
• Conducts RO membrane cleaning.
• Maintains the RO water production records.
• Maintains the cleanliness of RO plant.
• Assists in sewage treatment plant operations and sewage pumps and float switch PPM if required.
• Assists second party contractor for PPM and repairs.
