What You Will Be Doing

• Craft sophisticated 3-statement models enhanced by AI-powered scenario analysis, turning complex data into actionable insights
• Deliver comprehensive investment analysis packages with lightning speed – complete with models, sensitivity studies, and compelling board presentations
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into critical business metrics, from customer acquisition costs to retention patterns, unveiling game-changing insights
• Transform abstract business strategies into concrete, milestone-driven roadmaps with clear success metrics
• Pioneer and optimize AI-integrated financial systems that drive real-time strategic decisions across our portfolio companies

Vice President Of Strategic Finance Key Responsibilities

Design and implement cutting-edge AI-enhanced financial systems that empower strategic decision-making and drive scalable growth across our portfolio of innovative SaaS and education ventures.

Basic Requirements

• Proven track record with 5+ years in high-stakes financial environments (PE, IB, or Big 4 M&A/Corporate Finance), demonstrating expertise in deal modeling and investment strategy
• Professional certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or MBA) with comprehensive understanding of US GAAP/IFRS standards
• Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools for financial modeling, analysis, and process automation
• History of delivering high-impact, board-ready financial recommendations with exceptional speed and precision
• Based in UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones

Nice-to-have Requirements

• First-hand experience with SaaS or EdTech business models and metrics
• Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive financial systems
• Success record in fast-paced, founder-driven environments where adaptability and direct communication are essential

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
