About the Client
Our client is a growth‑focused sales organization that partners closely with client‑facing teams to streamline revenue operations and scale sales processes. We prioritize automation, data‑driven CRM management, and creating sales enablement assets that empower reps to work autonomously. The company values continuous improvement and seeks an operations partner who loves building systems that make sales teams more effective.
Why does this role exist?
This role exists to design, implement, and maintain scalable sales automations and CRM processes that reduce manual work, improve lead‑to‑deal visibility, and enable the sales team to operate more independently. The CRM/Sales Ops Expert will own Pipedrive administration, end‑to‑end automation workflows using Zapier and related tools, and the ongoing optimization of lead lists and sales enablement materials so sales leadership can focus on closing business.

- Implement and manage Zapier integrations (and similar automation tools) to connect systems and eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
- Identify recurring manual processes and propose automation solutions to increase sales team productivity.
CRM Administration & Optimization

Lead Sourcing & List Management
- Source and manage lead lists using Seamless.ai or equivalent tools (Clay.ai, ZoomInfo, Instantly, etc.).
- Standardize list formats, enrichment workflows, and lead scoring/qualification inputs into Pipedrive.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure leads are delivered, routed, and followed up on promptly.
Sales Enablement & Presentations
- Create polished sales slide decks and presentation templates in Google Slides (and design tools such as Canva or Figma) for use by sales reps.
- Maintain / update enablement materials to reflect changes in process, product, or messaging.
- Train or provide documentation for sales reps on using automations, workflows, and presentation assets.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with sales leadership to understand needs and proactively propose improvements.
- Provide documentation, SOPs, and training to ensure smooth adoption of new automations and CRM updates.
- Monitor performance of automations and iterate to improve reliability and impact.
