Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports to support business decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and validating relevant financial information.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Assist with GM and operation manager on team task updates on online systems
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. Using AI
• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and supporting documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
