Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Senior Sales Representative. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer accounts, and maintaining client relationships. They will also develop and implement effective sales strategies, analyze market trends, and provide customer feedback to relevant departments. Additionally, the Senior Sales Representative will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets.

Skills

• Excellent written communication in Modern Standard Arabic
• Good command of English basics
• Communicates in writing via WhatsApp or email
• Can communicate through Zoom or phone calls
• Able to present offers and proposals through recorded or live video presentations with clients
• Can understand and learn technical details quickly
• Empathetic, and fast in communication

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship management
• Skills in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide customer feedback
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Capability to work independently and remotely
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Experience in the technology or gaming industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
