🚀 Food & Beverage Intern

Overview

We offer a 6 months Internship programme where you can leverage your learning and develop your skills through all aspects of F&B functions such as Restaurant Operations, Bar Management, Banquet Operations, Kitchen Operations and F&B Purchasing. You are expected to embrace new ideas, display initiative, take additional responsibilities, be a role model, and impart knowledge to others, build healthy personal relations at all levels, and focus energy to achieve the best impact for the hotel and yourself.

Responsibilities

• Support operations across Restaurant Operations, Bar Management, Banquet Operations, Kitchen Operations and F&B Purchasing.
• Display initiative, take on additional responsibilities, and act as a role model to peers.
• Contribute to delivering heartfelt hospitality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Hotel Management or related field
• Available for 6 months internship
• Passion for excellence in service and teamwork
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
• Determination to succeed
• Excellent English skills
• Remote location
