The company

Richmond Park Associates (RPA) is a legal advisory, business intelligence and cyber consultancy working, but not exclusively, for corporate, financial and high value asset owners, whether in aviation, maritime (commercial and private), automotive, art or aerospace.

We take a partner approach to our client’s issues and enable decision makers to act decisively whilst understanding and navigating the risks and uncertainties that brought them to RPA.

The opportunity

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join one of our sister companies in a fully remote, offshore position as Head of Treasury and Corporate Finance.

The selected candidate will be deployed on a single UHNWI client project, with the objective of transitioning into a broader family office environment over time.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the client’s treasury and investment activities. The role requires a professional with extensive experience in asset management, private banking, and modern portfolio theory, capable of managing financial flows, compliance, and relationships with financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Compliance: Ensure all treasury and investment operations comply with relevant legal, tax, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Corporate Finance: Oversee capital structure planning, financing strategies, and funding operations to support long-term investment and liquidity objectives.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the client’s investment portfolios, applying principles of modern portfolio theory and quantitative analysis to optimise returns and manage risk.
  • Private Equity: Identify, evaluate, and manage private equity investments aligned with the client’s strategic objectives.
  • Financial Flow Management: Manage liquidity, cash flow, and banking relationships to ensure efficient capital allocation and risk control.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as head of a family office, head of an asset management firm, or equivalent senior financial management position.
  • Strong knowledge of modern portfolio theory and quantitative approaches to portfolio construction.
  • Demonstrated experience working with private banks and an established network within the financial sector.
  • Expertise in compliance, governance, and private equity investment.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance investment performance, risk management, and long-term family objectives.

Our offer

We offer a competitive salary package that reflects experience and demonstrated expertise. Salary ranges will be disclosed to selected candidates during the first-round interviews.
