What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across mid to senior-level Sales roles within digital, tech, and marketing industries.
• Develop and expand client relationships through strategic business development , identifying new opportunities and nurturing long-term partnerships.
• Source, engage, and secure top Sales talent through proactive networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Drive revenue by consistently billing at a high level while delivering an outstanding candidate and client experience.
• Collaborate with the wider Salt team to share insights, win cross-functional projects, and contribute to team growth.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity within the Sales and Digital landscape.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in 360 recruitment , ideally within the Sales, SaaS, or Tech sectors.
• A consistent top biller with a proven record of success and revenue growth.
• Strong business development skills, you enjoy building relationships as much as closing deals.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to manage and grow your own client portfolio.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; confident in managing senior stakeholders.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about delivering quality over quantity.
