Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE

To coordinate and manage recruitment activities across all Move One offices in MECAA and selected regions in EU / Balkans, operating remotely. This role ensures effective execution of the hiring process to meet business needs and recruitment goals while maintaining seamless virtual collaboration. Additionally, this position coordinates the onboarding of all new hires, ensuring employees understand company policies, receive proper system access, and complete all required documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES / FUNCTIONS / TASKS

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage all phases of the recruitment process for both external and internal placements, remotely.

Sourcing

  • Identify and recommend effective sourcing channels for active and passive candidates, including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.

Prescreening & Interviews

  • Conduct virtual prescreening interviews (phone / video) to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Organize and coordinate virtual interview schedules with the selection team.

Reference Checks & Offers

  • Collect and verify professional and educational references.
  • Prepare and send job offers, contracts, and related documentation electronically.

Remote Onboarding

  • Facilitate virtual onboarding sessions for new employees.
  • Coordinate delivery of company equipment and ensure email credentials and access to systems, including the Company’s HRIS, are set up before the start date.
  • Compile all relevant company policies, forms, and documents to send to new hires.
  • Ensure all required documents are submitted digitally for payroll processing and HRMS / Adrenalin system setup.
  • Collect and organize required onboarding documents efficiently.

HR Support & Recruitment Efficiency

  • Support recruitment activities and the effective use and management of the Company’s Hiring System.
  • Assist the HR team with backup and support across various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
  • Proactively and creatively contribute to promoting Move One as an attractive employer, supporting employer branding efforts.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are conducted efficiently, meeting defined cycle times per corporate HR guidelines.

Personnel Files & Job Descriptions

  • Maintain digital employee personnel records and ensure secure storage.
  • Manage company-wide job descriptions centrally, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current roles and business needs.

Recruitment Reporting

  • Maintain and update recruitment reports regularly to reflect ongoing hiring activity, status of candidates, and recruitment metrics.

University Relations & Collaboration

  • Assist HRBP in developing virtual college recruitment and internship programs.
  • Work effectively as part of a remote HR team to achieve recruitment objectives.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience successfully managing the entire recruitment process.
  • Strong ability to build consensus, influence, and present ideas effectively.
  • Passion for learning and growing as a recruitment professional.
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken, written, and reading comprehension).
