Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and oversee maintenance activities for mechanical equipment ensuring safe, reliable operations.
• Develop comprehensive maintenance procedures aligning with industry best practices while providing troubleshooting support.
• Collaborate effectively with Quality Assurance during audits, adhering strictly to regulatory compliance standards.
• Contribute actively towards training development aimed at enhancing mechanical maintenance skill-sets across teams.
• Provide essential outage and emergency response support as required by plant operations.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years experience within the Nuclear Power Plant focused on general maintenance tasks and in managing maintenance teams and activities.
• Proficiency with MS Project/Primavera
• Strong decision-making skills complemented by leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication proficiency paired with interpersonal finesse
• In-depth knowledge of power plant safety procedures
