Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
• Communicate project updates and key milestones to stakeholders
• Continuously improve project workflows and reporting systems

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience managing projects in a professional environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project)
• Fluent in English (German or French is a plus)
• Legally eligible to work in Switzerland and currently residing there
