Casa Vista Development is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our Human Resources function as we continue to grow our real estate operations in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
• Define and track KPIs and performance frameworks across departments
• Lead organizational restructuring and support leadership in people strategy
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and promote a positive workplace culture

Ideal Candidate

• HR management experience within the real estate or property development sector
• Exceptional command of the English language, ideally with international exposure (UK, Europe, or Australia)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is preferred
• Strong communication, strategic planning, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to build structure, culture, and accountability in a growing organization
