The Chairman’s Office Director will oversee and coordinate the strategic, administrative, and operational functions of the Chairman’s office . The role requires a highly experienced and capable leader who can manage critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitate effective decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary strategic and operational advisor to the Chairman, providing insights and recommendations on key initiatives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Chairman’s office, ensuring efficiency, organization, and seamless execution of directives.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, briefings, and events , preparing agendas, reports, and decision documents.
  • Manage cross-functional coordination across departments to support the Chairman’s strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Chairman, senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners .
  • Monitor and track progress of strategic initiatives , ensuring timely follow-up and accountability.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Mentor and guide office staff to maintain high performance and professionalism .

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in executive-level management, strategic advisory, or office leadership.
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives or Chairpersons , preferably in government or semi-government entities .
  • Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills .
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills .
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in UAE government processes and protocols is highly preferred.
