About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and results‑driven Director of Product Management – Digital to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our Click to Pay product portfolio. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of seamless, secure, and scalable digital payment experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Click to Pay product vision and roadmap, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
- Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define product requirements, success metrics, and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Drive adoption and usage of Click to Pay across merchants, issuers, and consumers.
- Ensure compliance with global payment standards (e.g., EMVCo, PCIÂ DSS) and regional regulations.
- Partner with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive and frictionless user experiences.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
- Represent the product in executive reviews, customer meetings, and industry forums.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in digital payments or e‑commerce.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling digital payment products, ideally including Click to Pay or tokenized checkout solutions.
- Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including card networks, issuers, acquirers, and merchants.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; data‑driven decision‑maker.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with EMVCo Click to Pay specifications and implementation.
- Experience with tokenization, authentication (e.g., 3DS), and fraud prevention technologies.
- Global product experience, especially in emerging markets.
