Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
• Provide menu information, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and beverage
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring quality control
• Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware
• Clean up tables, trays, chairs, and equipment after guests have finished dining
• Process transactions using point of sale systems (POS)
• Inspect dining areas for cleanliness and proper setup prior to opening each day
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult customers. They must also be organized with good problem-solving skills. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
