Crane operator in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Crane Operator for a position in Dibba-El-Fujairah. This role requires operating and maintaining industrial cranes to move and transport materials throughout the workplace. The successful candidate must be knowledgeable and experienced with crane safety protocols, loading and unloading operations, and must have an understanding of the layout of the workplace.
The ideal applicant will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. We are looking for a reliable individual with excellent communication skills who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Operate cranes safely following all safety protocols;
• Monitor crane operations to ensure accuracy;
• Inspect cranes before use to identify any potential safety hazards or mechanical problems;
• Load and unload materials from cranes;
• Maintain crane logs and records of maintenance checks;
• Follow instructions from supervisors or other personnel regarding crane operation;
• Report any issues or irregularities to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• At least 3 years’ experience operating cranes in a similar setting;
• Ability to read technical documents related to crane operation;
• Knowledge of workplace safety protocols related to crane operation;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
• A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
