🚀 Abacus Trainer

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Abacus Trainer to join our team and help students develop their mental arithmetic, concentration, and analytical skills using the abacus method. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching children and a strong understanding of abacus techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct abacus and mental arithmetic classes for children of various age groups.
• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials to make learning engaging and effective.
• Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize and conduct assessments, competitions, and events to motivate students.
• Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.
• Communicate with parents regarding students' performance and progress.
• Stay updated on abacus training techniques and educational best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as an Abacus Trainer or similar teaching role.
• Strong knowledge of abacus methods and mental arithmetic techniques.
• Ability to teach and manage children effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
• Certification in Abacus training is a plus.
