🚀 Sales Executive

SAMCO Rental is a dynamic and fast-growing equipment rental company in Dubai. We pride ourselves on delivering comprehensive rental solutions and exceptional value to our clients across the construction and industrial sectors.

The Role: We are looking for a motivated and versatile Procurement and Sales Executive to handle both the sourcing of new equipment/parts and the generation of rental revenue. This is a critical dual role that requires strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused sales approach. We have one immediate opening available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement: Identify and source equipment, spare parts, and materials from vendors. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings and optimal quality.
• Supplier Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and actively seek out new, reliable vendors.
• Sales & Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals for equipment rental services.
• Customer Relations: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to contract signing, ensuring a smooth rental process and high customer satisfaction.
• Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market pricing for both equipment procurement and rental rates to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a procurement role, sales role, or a combination of both.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in the equipment rental, construction, or heavy machinery industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with procurement best practices and contract management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid local driving license is required.
