Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Estimator based on-site in Al Ain. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing budgets, and conducting detailed construction estimating. Daily tasks include collaborating with project managers and clients, reviewing project specifications, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Cost Management and Budgeting skills
• Construction Estimating and Project Estimation experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
