We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef with catering expertise to join our Ecro Team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will excel in mini bites, desserts, cold plates, bird salads, cold appetizers, and all types of bread, creating high-quality offerings for both our coffee shop and premium events.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and present mini bites, sweets, cold plates, salads, cold appetizers, and breads with excellence.
• Develop innovative recipes for daily menus and special events.
• Lead catering operations ensuring timely and flawless execution.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and quality.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years as a Pastry Chef with proven catering experience.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in presentation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple orders efficiently.
• Passion for working in a fast-paced, high-standard culinary environment.
