Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM (rotational shifts)

Job Responsibilities

Welcome customers, explain available gaming packages, and assist with setup.

Maintain and troubleshoot daily IT issues such as headset, mouse, and keyboard problems.

Perform regular software updates, game downloads, and system maintenance.

Keep all PCs, consoles, and gaming stations clean, organized, and ready for customers.

Monitor the network and ensure smooth operation of all systems.

Organize and manage gaming tournaments and events.

Assist with general administrative tasks and reporting to the manager.

Requirements

Basic IT knowledge (hardware, software, and networking).

Experience with PC gaming and consoles (PlayStation, Xbox, etc.).

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsible, punctual, and well-organized.

Must be available for night and weekend shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a gaming center or tech support role.

Familiarity with popular games and gaming platforms (Steam, Epic, , etc.).

Event management or tournament organization experience is a plus.
