We are seeking a well-spoken and reliable Guest Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a warm guest first approach and also be able to perform basic handyman and maintenance work in short-term rental apartments. If you are good with people and tools this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
  • Handle guest requests, questions, and complaints professionally.
  • Perform minor repair tasks like fixing lights, door locks, curtain rods, basic plumbing
  • Inspect units before and after guest stays to ensure everything is in working order.
  • Coordinate with external technicians when needed for advanced repairs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the property.
  • Monitor and restock guest amenities and maintenance supplies.
  • Keep records of issues reported, work performed, and guest feedback.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in hospitality or maintenance roles.
  • Basic handyman skills (electrical, plumbing, general repair).
  • Friendly, professional attitude with good communication skills
  • Good physical fitness; willing to travel between multiple apartments.
  • Own visa (residence/freelance/spouse visa) is preferred.
  • Driving license is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Basic proficiency in English.
