Job Title: MEP Staff

Department: Operations / Maintenance

Reports To: Site Engineer / Project Manager

Job Purpose:

To carry out mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works as assigned, ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems in compliance with company standards and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in MEP systems and take corrective action.
• Assist in fit-out and renovation projects involving electrical wiring, lighting, HVAC, and plumbing works.
• Ensure all work is done according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other trades (civil, finishing, etc.) to complete works efficiently.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of MEP systems when required.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure tools and materials are handled safely.
• Report material requirements, progress, and issues to the supervisor on time.
• Follow all QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) policies and site rules.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
• Ability to read and understand simple technical drawings.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in MEP or building maintenance field (preferred).
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions.

Additional Notes:

• No formal diploma required; practical experience and skill level are the main criteria.
• Should be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
