Role Description

As a SOP & Process Analyst - Arabic Speaker, you will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and managing business processes within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include conducting process assessments, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency. You will also be expected to document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and communicate these to relevant teams. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Business Process Improvement
• Business Process Management and Business Process
• Excellent Communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Experience in documenting and implementing SOPs
• Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
• Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
