We specialize in delivering bespoke design solutions that combine functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all our government and legal documentation processes, ensuring full compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all government-related documentation and approvals, including visas, labour cards, trade licenses, and establishment cards.
• Manage employee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID applications.
• Liaise with government departments such as MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, Municipality, and Free Zones for company and employee matters.
• Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, tenancy contracts, and other legal documents.
• Maintain accurate records of all official documents and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE laws.
• Stay updated on changes in UAE labour and immigration regulations and advise management accordingly.
• Represent JD Design Studio LLC professionally in all dealings with government and external entities.
• Support the HR and administrative team in all legal and compliance matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE (experience in the design, fit-out, or construction sector preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, and licensing procedures.
• Proficiency in MOHRE, GDRFA, Amer, Tasheel, and other government portals.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
