AI Engineer specialized in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
to help us build intelligent systems that transform logistics and enterprise operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG-based AI systems using LLMs and vector databases.
• Develop intelligent pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Optimize retrieval and generation workflows for accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Deploy and monitor models in production environments.
• Ensure data privacy and security compliance.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in AI development.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and tools such as LangChain or Haystack.
• Deep knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
