With a commitment to innovation, the company has recently established a new manufacturing unit for XLPE roofing sheets/insulation and NON-coated fire-rated ducting.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer located in Ajman. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production processes within the manufacturing facility and remotely coordinate manufacturing in our other manufacturing facilities. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production lines, ensuring quality control, troubleshooting issues, optimizing production efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production targets. The role also includes maintaining safety standards and continuous improvement of production processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing and production planning
• Knowledge of HVAC industry products and processes is beneficial
• Technical skills in quality control, troubleshooting, and process optimization
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively
• Experience with safety standards and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a a must for atleast 4 years
