About the Role

We are looking for a
motivated and proactive Secondary Real Estate Agent
to join our sales team on a
full-time, commission-based
structure. This role focuses on
supporting primary agents, generating leads, assisting with property sales and rentals, and closing deals
. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the Dubai real estate market and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist primary agents in managing their
  property portfolios
  for sales and rentals.
• Generate and follow up on
  leads from Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, marketing campaigns, and networking
  .
• Support
  property viewings, open houses, and client meetings
  .
• Maintain
  accurate client and property records
  in the CRM system.
• Prepare
  property presentations, brochures, and marketing materials
  .
• Collaborate with the team to
  close deals and achieve sales targets
  .
• Support administrative tasks related to contracts, agreements, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in
  real estate sales or property management
  is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the
  Dubai real estate market
  and property trends.
• Excellent
  communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  .
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to
  work independently
  and as part of a team.
• Proficient in
  MS Office and CRM tools
  .
• Fluent in
  English
  ;
  Russian or Arabic
  is a plus.
• UAE
  RERA certification
  preferred but not mandatory.
