Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a 
Real Estate Agent – Secondary (Sales & Leasing)

. The primary responsibilities include managing and closing secondary market transactions (sales and leasing), building and maintaining strong client and landlord relationships, conducting property viewings, and negotiating tenancy or sales agreements. The agent will work closely with clients to understand their real estate needs, provide market insights, and deliver expert advice to help them make informed decisions. Ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth client experience throughout the process is paramount.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
