🚀 HR Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR Team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources, particularly within the UAE, and a thorough understanding of local labor laws and HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate employee training programs and assist in performance management.
• Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate attendance, leaves, and benefits data.
• Manage employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Prepare HR related documentation, such as contracts, letters, and reports
• Assist with administrative HR tasks, including maintaining tiles and assisting in audits.
• Should be well versed in UAE Local labor laws and regulations.
• Good knowledge of excel.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a HR generalist in a midsized organization in U.A.E
• Thorough knowledge of UAE LABOUR LAWS is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Thorough understanding of UAE Labour laws and HR best practices & regulations.
• Multitasking abilities.
• Critical observation and strategical thinking.
• Methodical approach with eye for detail.
• Bachelor's in HR or HR related fields.
• Ability to handle and a proactive approach
• Preferred Immediate Joiner
