Job Description:

As a Junior Vinyl Installer, you'll assist in wrapping kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, countertops, walls, and tiles with precision and care. No prior experience is required — just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in surface prep, including cleaning and sanding cabinets, vanities, and tile
• Help measure, cut, and apply vinyl wraps to surfaces
• Use heat guns, squeegees, and trimming tools with care and precision
• Support senior installers during onsite residential and commercial projects
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Follow safety protocols and installation guidelines
• Learn product types, techniques, and finish options over time

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent attention to detail and steady hands
• Comfortable working in residential environments (client homes)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Previous experience in vinyl, construction, painting, or cabinetry is a plus, but not required
