1. Great and welcome members and guests in friendly and professional manners.

2. check members in and verify memberships or day pass.

3. handle new member registrations and renewal.

4. Answer phone calls,emails, and social media inquires promptly.

5. Schedule personal training sessions, classes, and facility bookings.

6. Provide information about gym services, membership options, and promotions.

7. Assist members with questions, complaints, or issues and escalate when necessary.

8. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to enhance member satisfaction.

9.mainatin accurate records of memberships, payments and attendance.

1. ensure the reception area and lobby are clean, organized and w elcoming.

2. Report maintainance or equipment issues to management.

10 Assist with enforcing gym policies,rules, and safety regulations.
